Story
Chad Mulholland was a caring, very intelligent lad with a great sense of humour. He began his battle with Hodgkins Lymphoma In January 2005 at the age of 14. Chad suffered many relapses but never gave up and was always enthusiastic. Throughout his treatment he still managed to take his GCSE's and his Maths A Level, and actually came out with some of the best results the school has seen. Unfortunately on 18th August 2008 Chad lost his battle, but still to this day Chad remains an inspiration to me and im sure to all of his other friends too. Nobody will forget what he went through and the brave face he kept through it all. In September 2008 with the help of his old school Altrincham Grammar for Boys, Chads Challenges was set up for anyone wanting to set a personal challenge for themselves. After 1 and a half years at uni I am probably at my most unfit so this is my challenge to get back in shape and raise money for Chad. The money raised in Chad's name will provide much needed funds for The Young Oncology Unit at The Christie whom do a fantastic job in making the worst of situations into a comfortable oneUpdates
